ZY-DLSR-EX-4 thermocouple/millivolt single/dual channel input safety barrierDetailed information:

The single channel thermocouple or millivolt signal from the hazardous area is isolated and transmitted to output single/dual current or voltage signals to the safe area. The instrument has automatic compensation for cold end temperature and can be connected to the safe area through a configured communication interface for serial communication networking. It is an intelligent safety barrier product with online fault self diagnosis function. Users can also set the input signal type and output range of this product through a dedicated handheld Chinese programmer.

ZY-DLSR-EX-4 safety barrierexplain:
1. Single channel products can have up to two outputs; Dual channel products can only correspond to one output per channel.
2. Communication or alarm products only have a single input and can only output up to one analog signal (current or voltage)
3. Products containing alarms need to indicate whether they are in the upper or lower limit alarm mode (or modified through our company's dedicated programmer), and whether the alarm contacts are in the normally open or normally closed state.
When selecting the dual alarm relay output, there is no analog signal (current or voltage) output function.
5. If different input signals are required for dual channel products, please contact our company for special ordering
6. Please specify the input type and corresponding output range of the thermocouple when placing an order. If the user needs to program it themselves, please choose the dedicated handheld programmer provided by our company for operation.
7. When selecting millivolt output, there is a 1:1 linear proportional relationship between linear millivolt input and output; When the input signal is a thermocouple (non-linear), the millivolt output corresponds to the millivolt charge of the input thermocouple (the same non-linear signal), and does not include temperature compensation.
